It lies close to boundary bank but is not near any obvious parish or community boundary. Other similar stones can be seen on the golf course. When the golf course was made on Bradnor Hill some stones were removed. The stones were three to four feet in the ground. At the same time some earthworks (i.e. dtiches) were levelled. This work was done in the 1950s. Neolithic or Bronze Age.

.Four stones set in a circle with their flat surfaces facing the middle. The whole site measures 4m by 3m and the stones vary between 1.2-1.9m high. The SW stone has three probable cupmarks carved into it. There is a gap between 2 of the stones, suggesting that there may originally have been a fifth boulder.
