WHITTON

Most of the church at Whitton is modern after rebuildings
in 1867 and 1910. The nave is from the former date and the chancel from
the latter. The font, however is 14th century and there are some 17th
century panels in the pulpit. Also the stoup is thought to be possibly
Norman in origin.
